The young composer and singer Alex Bass, is part of the new wave of “singjays” of Barcelona. With an exceptional on stage experience for his young age, he is today one of the leading voices of the reggae movement with most international projection. Bass has participated in various formations as “The High connection” in their EPs “Livin inna Babylon” or “Respect Reggae Music” recorded with Positive Vibz and has performed, collaborations with household names in the Jamaican scene such as Bitty McLean, U-Brown, General Levy, Sr.Wilson or Irie Souljah
His latest work with “Alex Bass & The same song band” presents the EP “Thanks for Life”, which has consolidated this year as a reference project in the reggae scene has led to many important stages such as Rototom and Monkey Week among others .
Currently the band is preparing a new album to be released spring 2017 after a process that will take them to Jamaica to complete this production.
