A rock and roll band originally from Caracas, Venezuela blazing stages in Latin America and Europe for 20 years.
After two albums In 2004 the band decided to move to Spain in order to broaden their market and gain experience. With “Manual de Buenas Costumbres” Luz Verde manages to introduce five singles in the most important radios Venezuela, allowing them to make three national tours.
This third album, produced by Roger Rodés (Macaco) was chosen in 2009 as one of the 10 most influential albums in the history of Venezuelan rock.
Their fourth album, “En Llamas” (2010), produced again by Roger Rodés and mastered by Chris Atens, was edited by Anewlabel and distributed by PIAS. A total of 8 singles are extracted from this album, five of which enter the Top Ten in Venezuela with the chance to make three national tours.They also travel to Mexico, where they do five concerts in less than a week. In Spain, the group is the opening act for the national tour of the legendary band “Los Suaves”.
“El Final del Mundo Vol. I” (2012), with the single “Al Borde”, reached number 3 in the “Mega Circuit” and is number 1 in “Hot 94 FM” Venezuela. “Un clavo saca otro clavo” and “Lluvia” also enter the Top10. The sixth album of the band, “El final del Mundo Vol. II: Nada es imposible” places singles at the Top 10 of Latin stations, allowing them to be nominated for a Latin Grammy for best rock album. This year they have celebrated 20 years as a band and prepare surprises for 2017.
